If you’re ever unsure about the seriousness of your pet’s medical issue, our compassionate team at Pasadena Veterinary Urgent is here to support you. Our experienced doctors can examine your pet and perform diagnostics like blood work and X-rays to assess their condition. And if your pet needs overnight emergency care after hours,  we’ll be here to guide you and help arrange a smooth transfer to a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital. Your pet’s health and comfort are always our top priority.  

How different is Pasadena Veterinary Urgent Care different from your regular veterinarian?

Your primary care veterinarian knows your pet best—their history, their needs, and their unique personality. We always encourage you to visit them first whenever possible. But when their office is closed or unavailable, Pasadena Veterinary Urgent Care is here for you. We provide compassionate care for non-life-threatening medical concerns, ensuring your pet gets the attention they need when they need it. 

If you don’t yet have a primary care veterinarian, we’d be happy to help! Just ask one of our team members, and we’ll gladly recommend trusted general practices in your area. Your pet’s well-being is our priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. 

What payment options do you we accept?

We want to make paying for your pet’s care as easy and stress-free as possible. That’s why we accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, cash, and convenient online options like PayPal and ScratchPay. During your visit, our doctor will go over recommended treatment options with you and provide a clear estimate for your approval. 

If you have pet insurance, we encourage you to check your coverage so you can make the best decision for your pet’s care. Our team is happy to provide copies of your estimate and invoice to help with your insurance reimbursement. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
